The Stomacher Blender NSB-100 is a device that facilitates faster mixing and homogenization of various laboratory samples with the help of twin reciprocating paddles. Samples are packaged in a sterile single-use bag, and direct sampling and analysis are permitted, thus reducing the risk of cross-contamination. It is equipped with adjustable paddle technology to help apply pressure in the mixing of solid and semi-solid samples. This is critical, especially in downstream molecular applications such as pathogen detection using qPCR, microbial genotyping and sequencing methods.
