The TPS-mini is manufactured by Agilent Technologies. It is a ready-to-use dry pump system. The turbo molecular pump unit is the lightest and smallest in its class. It combines the TwisTorr 74 FS turbo molecular pump with a 10 L/min dry diaphragm pump.
