Description

The manufacturer of the TSQ 7000 LC/MS/MS System, Thermo Fisher Scientific is Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Refurbished Thermo Finnigan TSQ 7000 LC/MS/MS (p/n 00301-11682) complete with API II, ESI probe, APCI probe, roughing pumps, new Pentium IV PC, 17"monitor, keyboard, mouse, manuals and new Xcalibur software with license.
This research-grade triple quadrupole instrument has an m/z range of 10-4000. The mass range of the instrument extends to 4000 Da for singly charged molecules and up to N x 4000 for multiply charged species as seen in proteins and peptides. The sample introduction techniques include Liquid Chromatography (LC), Loop Injection (LI) or Infusion (I). Both ESI and APCI are soft ionization techniques suitable for the analysis of non-volatile or thermally labile analytes. The workstation-based data station supports signal dependent automated LC/MS routines and the TSQ runs on Xcalibur Software, which is a flexible Windows PC-based data system that allows complete instrument control of Finnigan mass spectrometers.
