Description

The Uni series ion exchange (IEX) resins, including UniCM, UniSP, UniQ, UniDEAE, and UniMSP, are specifically designed for the purification of small proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides, and small molecule APIs such as antibiotics. These resins are made from highly crosslinked polymethacrylate beads with uniform particle size.
Using advanced polyhydroxyl surface modification chemistry, the resins exhibit excellent hydrophilicity and minimal non-specific adsorption. The smaller pore size of Uni IEX resins makes them ideal for the efficient purification of small biomolecules, including insulins, peptides, and oligonucleotides, ensuring superior performance in demanding applications.
