UniHAM-50S and UniHCM-50S are part of a specialized ion exchange resin series designed for the purification of small proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides, and small molecule APIs such as antibiotics. These resins feature highly crosslinked polymethacrylate beads with uniform particle sizes. Advanced polyhydroxyl surface modification chemistry imparts excellent hydrophilicity and minimizes non-specific adsorption. With smaller pore sizes, these resins are ideally suited for ion exchange purification of small biomolecules, including insulins, peptides, and oligonucleotides, ensuring efficient and high-performance separation.
