VacIon Plus 20 (CAT#: AM-LE-0714-Y)

The Medium VacIon Plus Pumps are manufactured by Agilent Technologies. The Agilent VacIon Plus Pumps have a nitrogen pumping speed range from 20 to 75 L/s and are available in Diode, Noble Diode, and StarCell models. Diode Vaclon Plus pumps are commonly used in universal ultra-high vacuum (UHV) systems that evacuate electronic devices and in high-resolution electron microscopes. Noble Diode Vaclon Plus ion pumps are used in ultra-high vacuum applications that draw mixed gases at a constant pressure. The patented StarCell is the only ion pump that can simultaneously remove large amounts of inert gas and hydrogen.
