Description

The vacuum drying oven produced by ZZKD Machinery is used to dry heat-sensitive, easily decomposed and easily oxidized materials, including some materials with complex components, which can also be dried quickly. The studio is made of carbon steel plate or stainless steel plate by folding and welding, and insulation cotton is filled between the studio and the shell.
The drying efficiency is high, and the time required to dry the material is less.
The interior of the studio is equipped with a sample shelf for placing various test items, and a mica heater is installed around the outer wall of the studio. The door seal is sealed with silicone rubber tape and the door has a glass for observation.
The evacuation and inflation of the electric heating vacuum drying box are controlled by solenoid valves. The power box is on the left or bottom of the box. The front panel of the electrical box is equipped with vacuum gauges, temperature control instruments and control switches, etc. The electrical box is equipped with electrical appliances element.
The inside of the lab vacuum drying oven is divided into several layers by the heating plate. The product does not contaminate easily during drying.
