VHS-6 Diffusion Pump (CAT#: AM-LE-0623-Y)

The VHS-6 Diffusion Pump is manufactured by Agilent Technologies. The VHS series pumps are available in 4 inch, 6 inch, 250 mm, 10 inch and 400 mm sizes, and are the fastest and cleanest products in the same size diffusion pumps today.
