The Wave Biotech ReadyToProcess WAVE 25 Bioreactor is manufactured by Wave Biotech LLC.
This bioreactor system mixes and aerates cell cultures in up to 25 L volumes and combines an effective rocking technology with intelligent and accurate process control.
The ReadyToProcess Wave 25 upstream, lab-scale bioreactor system offers robust and reliable performance and has been designed for ease-of-use. It’s suitable for manufacturing in a regulated environment, and the aforementioned process control monitors the cell culture through advanced sensors and automated controllers for temperature, liquid handling, pH, and dissolved oxygen. A library of predefined control parameters for different cultivation volumes can be used to automatically determine suitable parameters for a run – a feature which helps with fast start-up while simultaneously enabling accurate and stable control.
Up to two cell cultures can be run at the same time through the bioreactor system’s dual mode. Temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen parameters can be controlled independently and separate pump units control liquid addition or removal.
The pre-owned products will be thoroughly cleaned and fully tested to perform at manufacturer specifications before shipping.
