The two planes of UV Fused Silica High Precision Wedge Windows have an included angle of 30 arc minutes.
When used in pairs, through the relative rotation of the two optical wedges, the outgoing beam can be positioned in any direction within a pyramid with the incident beam as the axis. UV fused silica glass material has a wider spectral range (185nm-2.1μm) than K9 optical glass and has excellent transmittance in the ultraviolet band. It has a lower refractive index, better uniformity, smaller thermal expansion coefficient, higher chemical resistance and very low fluorescence, and can be used to make various optical components.
