The Whatman^® Protran^® Nitrocellulose Membranes manufactured by Whatman International Ltd. are made of 100% pure nitrocellulose to ensure good handling strength and the highest binding capacity. They are compatible with isotopic, chemiluminescent (luminol-based), colorimetric and fluorescent detection methods. Before transfer, it only needs to wet the membrane in water.
