Whirl-Pak® 1-Ply Composite Tissue Bag, model B01548WA(Nasco) is manufactured by Aristotle Corporation. This product A layer of composite tissue is contained in the bottom compartment. When using, tear off the bottom compartment, moisturize the tissue with neutralizing buffer, remove with gloves and collect surface samples. After collection, the tissue is placed on the top of the bag, sealed, and returned to the laboratory. This is an effective and low-cost alternative to other surface sampling methods.
