Supplied with a manifold for bottle sizes ranging from standard 40ml and 20ml to 2ml and 4ml vial sizes. There are two modes to choose from, one can evaporate solvent from 24 Position (40ml) or 48 Position (4ml) sample vials at the same time; the other mode can evaporate solvent from half the number of sample vials at the same time. Larger size molds can handle 24 large sample vials similar to the TurboVap, but the FlexiVap is more flexible in application. Users only need a FlexiVap nitrogen blowing instrument to meet the evaporation of solvents in containers of different specifications in the laboratory.
The operation is simple, the switch of each nozzle can be controlled individually, and its flow rate can be adjusted. When the user does not need air flow, the switch can be turned off, which saves nitrogen and avoids pollution caused by dust at the nozzle of the unused nozzle.
The gas flow rate at the nozzle is the same (regardless of how many vent pipe valves are opened), and the sample receives the gas at the same time, avoiding the decomposition of heat sensitive samples at the beginning of evaporation.
With automatic needle valve; the height of the needle valve can be easily adjusted; the Wiggins evaporator is easy to clean; the nitrogen gas will not take the sample away.
