The flash-frozen batch reached a plasma central point temperature of -30°C in less than 30 minutes.
Flash freezing temperature curve, bar code information and flash freezing events are all displayed and recorded.
After the plasma flash freezing is completed, the cold plate temperature automatically switches to the low temperature storage mode.
When defrosting, the highest temperature of the cold plate is ≥58°C, and the defrosting time is ≤10min.
