3D Biotek 3D Perfusion Bioreactor System with Pump, model Z687502 is manufactured by 3D Biotek. This product consists of several independent autoclaved polycarbonate chambers. These chambers are interchangeable and range in size from 96 to 6 wells. The cell culture medium was perfused with a pulsating pump through the open porous structure of the scaffold. The whole device can be autoclaved (except for pumps of course) and can be used as a disposable bioreactor system. This device can promote the growth and differentiation of stem cells, thus enhancing stem cell research.
