Description

The ACQUITY UPLC M-Class System with HDX Technology uses UPLC® separation technology and high-resolution MS to answer important questions about protein conformation changes. The unprecedented system-level design integrates all the steps necessary to accurately, reproducibly, and easily conduct protein conformation studies. The system and its DynamX™ HDX analysis software eliminate the obstacles to routine research of protein conformation changes using high-resolution LC and MS, and make the exchange of hydrogen and deuterium with MS (HDX, HDX MS, HXMS or H/D exchange) a core ability.
