Description

The microDAWN MALS detector performs absolute characterization of macromolecules eluting from UHPLC, and determines the molar mass and size independently of retention time and molecular reference standards. The instrument can provide excellent sensitivity in a large molar mass, size and concentration range. In most respects, microDAWN is similar to the perfect miniDAWN, which is a workhorse MALS instrument that has been used to characterize proteins and other molecules with a radius of less than 50 nm in hundreds of laboratories around the world.
