AIR-2-HTL2 Filter Fan Unit AIR-2-HTL2 9P9 manufactured by Galvani is a self-contained unit especially designed for Filling Machines, with a control system and easy filter replacement.
A complete command, control and protection system is built in the unit for convenient control without extra control equipment.
The unit can be directly hung from the ceiling by M6 corner supports or built into the machine with protection.
The EC intelligent self-adjusting fan maintains a uniform airflow to compensate for any pressure drop caused by filter clog.
Ceiling lamps light up the areas involved in the flow.
The “Bonnet” opening for the box offers easy replacement of the filter from the outside of the filler.
AISI 304 stainless steel plate thickness 12/10 is used for the solid structure of the container box and key points are reinforced to prevent mechanical resonance of the whole.
G4 class flat disposable prefilter meets EN 779:2012 standard.
