The Automated Disposable Pipette Extraction DPX System is manufactured by GERSTEL. DPX is a fast and effective SPE technology that is widely used in various applications such as drug abuse, therapeutic drug monitoring, comprehensive screening, pharmacological research (NNK), and pesticides in fruits and vegetables. DPX is based on a unique and patented SPE device: the pipette tip combines loosely contained sorbent material and is mixed with the sample solution. Turbulent bubble mixing creates a sorbent suspension in the sample, ensuring optimal contact and efficient extraction. Extraction is much faster than traditional SPE techniques.
