Application: Contegra should be used to correct or reconstruct the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) in patients younger than 18 years old with any of the following congenital heart malformations:<br />Pulmonary stenosis, tetralogy of Fallot, arterial amputation, ventricular septal defect (VSD) transposition, and pulmonary atresia <br />Contegra is also recommended as a replacement for previously implanted but dysfunctional lung allografts or valved catheters.
