Description

The AMMS® CIK Cell Expansion Reagent Kit manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for the expansion of cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells, offering a kit that supports the efficient growth and activation of CIK cells for immunotherapy applications.
CIK cells, namely Cytokine-Induced Killer cells, are a heterogeneous group of cells obtained by in vitro induction and expansion of human PBMCs. The Gmp-grade AMMS® CIK Cell Expansion Kit utilizes in vitro-induced expansion of human PBMCs to obtain a cell effector group mainly marked by CD3+CD56+. This kit uses a pure factor method to culture CIK cells, which is easy to operate and limited to in vitro research use.
