Microscale thermophoresis (MST) is a biophysical analysis method for quantifying interactions between molecules, such as proteins and small molecules. In recent years, the MST method has been used to detect protein-protein and protein-drug interactions. The method detects molecular interactions by quantifying the thermophoretic motion of fluorescent molecules in response to a temperature gradient.
