Isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) is a technique used to quantify the interaction of various biomolecules. It can directly measure the heat released or absorbed during the binding process of biomolecules. The interactions between some non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, NSAIDs, (naproxen, ibuprofen and flurbiprofen) and bovine (BSA) or human (HSA) serum albumin can been examined by isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC).
