Analysis of IL-12/IL-23p40 (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0295-LGZ)

Introduction

Interleukin-12 (IL-12) is a cytokine with a wide range of biological activities, mainly produced by activated inflammatory cells. Interleukin-23 (IL-23), composed of the 40kD subunits of p19 and IL-12, is secreted by activated DC and can promote the proliferation of CD45RO+ memory T cells and produce interferon-γ. IL-23, a new member of the IL-12 family, shares a common P40 subunit with IL-12
