Analysis of IL-12p70 (Mouse) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0298-LGZ)

Introduction

Interleukin-12 (IL-12) is a cytokine with a wide range of biological activities, mainly produced by activated inflammatory cells. IL-12 is a heterodimer composed of two chains of p35 and p40 (IL-12β), and the two subunits are linked together by disulfide bonds. This structure is rare in the discovered IL. Typically, the amount of p40 far exceeds that of p70.
