Analysis of TARC (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0558-LGZ)

Introduction

Thymus and activation-regulated chemokine (TARC)/CCL17 is constitutively expressed in the thymus and is produced by dendritic cells (DC), endothelial cells, keratinocytes (KC) and fibroblasts. TARC is designated a Th2 type chemokine since it binds to CCR4. This chemokine plays an important role in T cell development and in the transport and activation of mature T cells in the thymus.

Principle

Detection Technique: MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence
