AutoMATE II, Rigaku (CAT#: STEM-LE-1085-LC)

AutoMATE II can measure large and heavy parts with high precision (standard manual Z stage for 30 kg; optional automatic XYZ stage for 20 kg). The X-ray source and detector arm are mounted on a highly accurate two-axis goniometer. When an automatic XYZ stage is used, they can be positioned relative to the measurement position and scanned with a minimum step size of 0.1 microns.
