iQ5 real-time PCR detection system is a new generation of real-time PCR detection instrument designed by BIO-RAD company. Like the previous iCycler iQ and MyiQ instruments, the iQ5 is also an upgrade on the iCycler with a 96-well reaction module. The new iQ5 detection system is powerful and can detect 5 target genes at the same time, and the software has also been redesigned.
The software of the iQ5 detection system integrates efficient data acquisition and data analysis functions, including the relative quantification function without standard curve, which is convenient for gene expression analysis research. The iQ5 system is a very cost-effective instrument.
