Sof-Rol^® Synthetic Undercast Padding manufactured by BSN Medical is very absorbent and soft. Sof-Rol^® Absorbent Cast Padding is constructed with 100% surgical grade, needle-loomed rayon fibers, which are more absorbent than cotton, making it ideal for use around wounds. The needle-loomed rayon fibers can wick moisture away from the skin, reducing risk of maceration or other skin complications. Sof-Rol^® Synthetic Undercast Padding features high tensile strength and a conformable stretch, allowing to stretch into a narrower profile. So it is able to be wrapped around fingers.
