Cell Strainer

Cell strainer is a sterile, rapid, easy to use device which is used for isolating primary cells to consistently obtain a uniform single-cell suspension from tissues and preparation of flow cytometry samples. Cell strainers are made of a strong nylon mesh available in 3 mesh sizes, 40 µm, 70 µm, and 100 µm, for optimal performance in a variety of applications including stem cells & primary cells. Cell strainer can be used for sample preparation for flow cytometry, preparation of a single cell suspension of blood cells from marrow, pancreas, thymus, tonsil, and lymph nodes, preparation of specimens for primary cell cultures and immunogens, preparation of freezing stocks and filtration of agglutinative proteins produced in inactivated serum.
