Transparent window
The Transparency window is the entry point to a single chromatography system. Depending on configuration, users can acquire data from up to 48 detectors configured on four separate instruments.
Tool window
The Instrument Window is the control center for the entire data acquisition and evaluation process. It includes information tables showing the name of the processed sample, the method of applying the template, and the acquisition method.
The status line indicates the current state of the analysis: run time and status. The analysis-processing diagram provides quick access to icons for each step of the process.
Chromatogram window
The chromatogram window displays the chromatogram and results. The user can conveniently edit the acquired chromatograms in the graph or via the integrated table.
The Result table (results, summary, column properties, etc.) can be easily customized to display the data exactly the way you want it to be seen.
The Summary tab displays the data from the overlay chromatograms in a table for easy comparison.
The calibration window has two main screens, a global calibration table and dedicated tabs for each compound (in the screenshot).
The Composite tab contains a table of concentration levels and calibration curves matched to the Amount response.
Any point can be temporarily paused in the graph and then marked with a circle instead of a cross.
Measurement
Simultaneously acquire data from up to four independent chromatographs, each of which can acquire data from up to 32 detectors.
Integrated
There is a good chance of modifying the chromatogram. Chromatograms can be changed interactively by entering global parameters or by directly modifying the baseline graph.
Cover
Simultaneously display an almost unlimited number of chromatograms and their mathematical modifications; e.g. reciprocal derivation or derivation in any order.
Calibration
Internal and external standard calculation methods, calibration group peak method and reference peak method, facilitate better identification.
Wide range of supported instruments
Control modules in Clarity allow users to control various instruments in the laboratory.
Extend your workflow
Clarity Extensions integrate your workflow into one application. GPC calculations, PDA data processing, gas or detailed hydrocarbon analysis according to selected specifications, and even more.
Automatic measurement support
Sequence listing for any sample set with or without autosampler.
Postrun
After automatically displaying, printing, exporting and launching other programs, the measurement is completed.
Summary result table
Displays and prints all selected results that also display chromatograms.
User settings
User selects peak display parameters and axis specifications, including colors from a large array of color settings. Text labels and lines, either as part of the region or fixed on the chromatogram, can also be inserted.
Export
Optional output of all results, with or without chromatograms, in various formats, to a file or to the clipboard.
Import
Import chromatograms or math curves saved in text or AIA format from other programs.
LIMS
Clarity provides connectivity to LIMS for example submission and output of results. This can be achieved by convenient ASCII transmission.
Method and Calibration History
Each chromatogram can easily be displayed under the same conditions as when printed, exported or saved.
Column performance
Peaks are calculated from symmetry, efficiency and resolution; all by several methods (tangent, moment, etc.).
Batch processing
Automatically batch, display, export or print any number of chromatograms.
User's calculation
Users can define custom calculations in the Result and Summary tables. Using the integrated editor, you can create your own columns from primitive columns and individual math functions.
User account
Set access rights and passwords (including their parameters such as minimum length, validity, etc.). Each user can define their own site appearance.
Audit trail
Log selected events and actions to a special file. Record selected actions directly into the chromatogram.
Electronic signature
Each chromatogram can be electronically signed. Signature selection is based on username or signing certificate.
Network solution
Clarity Chromatography Station files can be accessed from networked computers through Clarity Offline software. This enables offline evaluation of chromatograms, development of new methods and printed reports.
