The DM 45 Spectrofluorimeter is a compact and modular fluorescence instrument. Standard detection can be achieved using the most sensitive photon counting module, with a useful spectral range of 250-850 nm. Two single-grating monochromators have accessible gratings to easily optimize hardware for different spectral ranges from far ultraviolet (> 180 nm) to near infrared (<2600 nm). The standard model is optimized for UV/Vis. Support launch, excitation and synchronous scanning.
