The Olis RSM 1000 F uses a 150-watt xenon arc lamp as an excitation source for sensitive millisecond emission scanning. Based on sensitivity or speed enhancement, the standard detectors are a pair of high-sensitivity photon counters or a pair of high-speed photomultiplier tubes.
