QuantaMaster™ 30 is a benchtop fluorometer that uses pulsed excitation sources. First, QuantaMaster™ 30 is designed for users who need the ability to measure phosphorescence attenuation and perform steady-state fluorescence and phosphorescence measurements. QuantaMaster™ 30 is the most sensitive fluorescence system using a pulsed light source, but if you only need intensity-based measurements, it is recommended to use PTI's QuantaMaster™ 40.
