Excimer Laser Antireflection Coatings are durable electron beam deposited dielectrics designed to minimize reflections that normally occur on uncoated surfaces. These low-absorption coatings are ideal for increasing the transmission characteristics of the lens and reducing the reflection of the second surface of the beam splitter. They have high resistance to laser damage, making them suitable for use with high-energy lasers. Coatings can be applied to materials provided by customers, or on our substrates and lenses.
