Excimer Laser Partial Reflectors / Beamsplitters, Princeton Instruments (CAT#: STEM-LE-0978-LC)

The Beamsplitter coating can be specially designed with a transmittance ranging from 10 +/- 2% to 90 +/- 5%. The standard beam splitter is designed for random polarization, but can be optimized for horizontal "P" polarization or vertical "S" polarization if needed. The beam splitter can be provided with or without anti-reflective coating.
