The WhisperFlow® Fan Filter Unit 6601-23A-HRSS-220 manufactured by Terra Universal provides a steady laminar flow stream of HEPA filtered air to the area below the mounted unit.
Please note that this unit is not full seam welded. If a leak test is required, full seam welded units leak-tested to meet ISO 14644-3 are optionally available.
High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter: 99.99% efficient at 0.3µm particle diameter.
All-304 stainless steel BioSafe® frame and parts are easy to clean, hard and highly resistant to corrosion.
Room-Side Replaceable (RSR) design and easy-open clips make it possible to replace the filter fast and convenient from inside the room without damaging the clean room, reducing maintenance time and cost.
