G-Sep™ SP Sepharose Fast Flow (FF) Resin is a strong cation exchanger consisting of highly cross-linked 6% agarose beads with thiopropyl (SP) strong cation exchange groups. This resin is widely used in the separation of biomacromolecules in research and industrial applications. G-Sep™ SP Sepharose Fast-Flow (FF) Resin has high chemical stability, allows for well-validated cleaning-in-place (CIP) and sanitization protocols, and has become the industry standard for ion-exchange chromatography in recent decades.
