Gas Bag Sampler, GI series (CAT#: STEM-C-2756-ZJF)

GI series gas bag sampler, with fully automated gas collection, injection, and other processes. Optional configurations include 34/68/102/136 positions, with additional options for sample heating boxes for the 34/68 configurations. The six/ten-way valve and transfer pipelines can also be equipped with heating. Additionally, an optional built-in dynamic dilution device is available for automatic standard curve preparation. It can be used in conjunction with domestic and imported gas chromatographs and is suitable for applications in environmental monitoring and other fields.

Multiple fault diagnosis and handling modes ensure automatic shutdown and prompt alerts in case of mechanical abnormalities, ensuring reliable high-precision operation and preventing damage. Maintenance mode allows for easy instrument maintenance, fault diagnosis, and leak detection.
All sealing rings are made of PTFE material, resistant to high temperatures and non-volatile. Sample quantitation tubes utilize RESTEK passivation, Siltek®/Sulfinert® treated stainless steel tubes, and stainless steel ferrules.
Optional standard curve module facilitates automatic preparation of standard curves through automatic dilution of standard gases.
Optional ten-port injection valve with dual-channel injection capability to meet various standards.
After each sample injection, automatic pipeline cleaning, quantitative exchange, and injection valve operations are performed based on chromatographic run time to prevent cross-contamination.
Dedicated software control allows for easy and quick parameter configuration on the workstation.
Strong compatibility allows for easy connection with various gas chromatographs worldwide, enabling synchronous operation with chromatographs and workstations. Additionally, it can read chromatographic ready signals and work in coordination with chromatographs.
