Fibrosarcoma is more common in oral and maxillofacial sarcoma. It is a malignant tumor derived from oral and facial fibroblasts. It can occur from the periosteum of the jaw, periodontal membrane and connective tissues in the oral soft tissues, such as the lip, buck and tongue, and occasionally in the jaw, mostly in the anterior union of the mandible, mandibular Angle and condylar process. The degree of malignancy depends on cell differentiation and growth rate.
