Description

The Attune NxT can be designed to accommodate the most common fluorophores and fluorescent proteins used in flow cytometry to match most panels you are currently running. A variety of fluorescent proteins can be detected with an (optional) 561 nm laser. The Attune NxT flow cytometer, designed to use acoustically assisted hydrodynamic focusing, achieves sample throughputs of 12.5 μL/min - 1 mL/min or 12.5 - 1000 μL/min 10 times faster than conventional hydrodynamic focusing systems, The data acquisition rate was 35,000 events/sec. Acoustic focusing significantly increases sampling rate, which simplifies sample preparation, reduces protocol time, and minimizes cell loss. This feature is suitable for wash-free, lysis-free immunophenotyping protocols using whole blood and samples with lower intrinsic concentrations, including cerebrospinal fluid and stem cell preparations. As a personal flow cytometer, the Attune NxT AFC2 matches the most sophisticated multi-laser, multi-color instruments on the market today and meets the most complex experimental needs.
