Features

1. It is a UV/Vis spectrophotometer/microwell reader with built-in cuvette port and microplate drawer.
2. Can read any standard cuvette, micro cuvette, test tube and 96-well or UV-transparent microplate in the wavelength range of 190-1000 nm.
3. Capable of reading 96 wells, each well has its own sample beam and reference detector.
4. The nine-channel system (8 is a microplate; 1 is a test tube port) consists of a sample beam and a reference beam that simulate a dual-beam spectrophotometer.
5. The path check sensor eliminates the optical path length as a factor (and corrects for pipetting variations) so that the gap between the microplate reader and the spectrophotometer is closed.
6. Can measure up to 5 µL of liquid depth and volume in each microwell and scale microwell data to standard 1 cm cuvette values.
7. The monochromator selects wavelengths in 1 nm increments, and the system has built-in programmable linear and orbital plate vibration devices.
