The generator employs imported nitrogen-specific molecular sieves with large adsorption capacity, high pressure resistance, and long service life, using unique compression technology to prevent molecular sieve powdering. It includes an oil-free Thomas compressor for reliable operation and nitrogen purity. The dual-tank buffer system ensures stable nitrogen output pressure, providing high-purity nitrogen immediately upon startup. Key components, including the exchange tower and gas storage tank, are made of high-quality stainless steel. The generator includes a two-stage gas-water separator, two-stage pressure regulator, and a 0.01μm precision filter for dry, clean gas. It has built-in overpressure and overload protection devices, a fault diagnosis mode for easy maintenance, and an RS232 interface for remote control.
