Description

The NHA-1300 integrated machine features an internal American Thomas brand oil-free compressor, eliminating the need for an external gas source. It offers one-button startup for 24/7 continuous gas supply, providing three gas outputs to meet all gas needs of a gas chromatograph, saving laboratory space and reducing procurement costs while eliminating safety hazards associated with gas cylinders. The machine cabinet has caster wheels for easy mobility.
Nitrogen Section
Utilizes advanced dual-tower pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology with optimized control algorithms for high nitrogen production efficiency.
Features high-efficiency nitrogen generation molecular sieves imported from Japan, with large adsorption capacity, high pressure resistance, and long service life.
The outlet is equipped with a 0.01μm particle filter from SMC to ensure clean and dry product gas.
All gas pipelines and storage tanks are made of durable stainless steel, and the adsorption tower is made of industrial-grade aluminum alloy with sandblasting and oxidation treatment for cleanliness.
The produced nitrogen fully meets the requirements of gas chromatography polar columns and ECD detectors.
Hydrogen Section
The electrolytic cell uses transition metal catalysis technology for multi-stage purification, producing high-purity hydrogen.
The liquid electrolyte has low water quality requirements, reducing daily maintenance costs.
Automatic water supply is controlled by a microcomputer, preventing dry burning of the electrolytic cell. An optional external 15L water tank can provide one month's supply for a single detector gas chromatograph.
