PMT Photometers, Optical Building Blocks, a Division of HORIBA Scientific (CAT#: STEM-LE-0800-LC)

Highlights

Cheap and versatile — OBB photometers are versatile and can be adapted to microscopes of any manufacturer through a standard C-mount mount on the discharge port. You will never be tied to a specific range of manufacturers, so you can reduce costs.
Adjustable detection range-users can intuitively see and select the desired detection field of view.
Eyepiece-allows the user to intuitively identify the area to be measured.

Cat Number: STEM-LE-0800-LC

Description

Use the OBB's proprietary 4300 photometer (with high sensitivity PMT detection) to measure the fluorescence emitted by the cells on the microscope stage. The 4300 photometer is equipped with an eyepiece, which allows visual observation of cells on the microscope stage. By adjusting the pair of vertical and horizontal apertures in the field of view, it is possible to isolate a small number of cells, a single cell or even a part of the cell for measurement. The optional camera mount can replace the eyepiece for digital visualization.
