With the acceleration of proteomic profiling study, proteomics increasingly plays an important part in many research areas including protein interaction studies, biomarker discovery, drug treatment, cancer remediation, disease-screening medical diagnostics and so on. Proteolytic digestion and peptide separation are key steps in workflow of proteomic analysis, which influences the subsequent studies of proteomic. This service provides a capillary electrophoresis method using a immobilized trypsin microreactor based on monolithic capillary column for rapid proteolytic digestion in this work.
