Description

The Recombinant Human CD8 alpha/CD8A Protein, His-Avi Tag manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for studying human CD8 alpha-mediated immune responses.

Specification

Source: Recombinant Biotinylated Human CD8 alpha/CD8A Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal. It contains Ser22-Asp182.[Accession | P01732-1]
Molecular Weight: The protein has a predicted MW of 20.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 30-38 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Endotoxin: Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
Purity: > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE
Activity: ELISA Data: Immobilized Anti-CD8 Antibody, hFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human CD8 alpha, His Tag with the EC50 of 6.0ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
