The Recombinant Human IL-7 Protein manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for promoting T-cell proliferation, activation, and survival. Interleukin-7 (IL-7) is a crucial cytokine that plays a significant role in the growth, survival, and differentiation of T, B, and NK cells. The heterodimer formed by IL-7 and Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) serves as a growth stimulator for pro-B cell development. Studies involving IL-7 gene knockout in mice have shown the vital role of IL-7 in the survival of lymphoid cells. IL-7 stimulates multipotent progenitor cells to differentiate into lymphoid progenitor cells. The lyophilized formulation can be stored at 2-8°C for 24 months. For reconstitution, it can be dissolved in injection-grade water, physiological saline, culture medium, or PBS. After dissolution, it should be divided into smaller aliquots and stored at -20°C for 6 months or at -80°C for 12 months, with a final concentration after dilution not lower than 100 μg/mL. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
