The Recombinant Human ICOS Protein manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for T-cell co-stimulation and immune responses. Inducible T-cell costimulator (ICOS), also known as Activation-inducible lymphocyte immunomediatory molecule (AILIM) and CD278, belongs to the CD28 family of immune costimulatory receptors, which includes CD28, CTLA-4, and PD-1. ICOS enhances various fundamental T-cell responses to foreign antigens, including cell proliferation, secretion of lymphokines, up-regulation of molecules that mediate cell-cell interaction, and providing effective support for antibody secretion by B-cells. CD278/ICOS plays a crucial role in preventing the apoptosis of pre-activated T-cells and is also involved in the CD40-mediated class switching of immunoglobulin isotypes. Storage Information: Lyophilized samples can be stored at 4°C for 24 months. Once reconstituted, the liquid can be stored at -20°C for 6-12 months, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
