The Recombinant Human LAG-3 (Fc) Protein manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for immune regulation and checkpoint inhibition. Lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein (LAG3), also known as CD antigen CD223 and protein FDC, belongs to the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily and contains 4 extracellular Ig-like domains. The LAG3 gene comprises 8 exons, and its sequence data, exon/intron organization, and chromosomal localization all indicate a close relationship to CD4. LAG3/CD223 is involved in lymphocyte activation and binds to HLA class-II antigens. The lyophilized form can be stored at 4℃ for 24 months, and the reconstituted liquid can be stored at -20℃ for 6-12 months, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
